A digital request goes to the registered vendor, who procures the physical stamp paper and returns it in digital form. It is then combined with the agreement into a single signature-ready document, without anyone assembling a PDF.
Without it: somebody physically buys stamp paper, scans it, and merges it with the agreement by hand, which is the step that quietly turns a same-day task into a next-week one.

Both signatures, in the right order, verified
The counter-party signs electronically first, with access protected by a one-time passcode, and the internal signatory then applies theirs. The order is enforced by the workflow rather than by whoever is remembering to follow up.
Without it: signature order depends on someone remembering who signs first, and a signed copy circulates by email with no way to confirm the signer was who they claimed to be.
Execution and archival
Executed, delivered and filed in one motion
Once both signatures are applied the executed agreement is delivered to both parties and archived automatically, with the stamp certificate and the full sequence of events attached to it.
Without it: the final copy lives in the inbox of whoever sent it, and answering "where is the executed version and who signed it when" becomes an afternoon of searching.
Verified signing
A signature you can actually stand behind
Access to the document is protected by a one-time passcode sent to the signer, so the person applying the signature is the person the agreement names. The stamp certificate and the sequence of events stay attached to the executed copy.
Without it: a signed PDF arrives by email and nobody can demonstrate who opened it, who signed it, or in what order, which is precisely the question that gets asked when something goes wrong.
